Now ILTC honours the crème de la crème of English teachers from Chisinau. All ILTC teachers hold a university degree in teaching languages, international teaching experience and internationally-recognised qualifications in teaching foreign languages. Besides, all ILTC teachers are enthusiastic about anything new in the field of teaching languages and the teaching process.
ILTC was the first language school in Moldova where the Communicative Approach in teaching foreign languages was used. Basically, ILTC revolutionised the language teaching process employing the Communicative Approach and the main teaching method. This progressive teaching method aims to develop all four skills in harmony: speaking, listening, reading, and writing, and to integrate students' knowledge in order to enable free speaking in day to day situations. At ILTC we do not teach grammar for the sake of grammar. It's not the goal, but the means.
