English for Adults

General English course is an ideal course for adults who wish to improve their ability to communicate in English.

The course focuses on practical, effective and natural communication to develop the adult students' ability to use English accurately and effectively in a variety of everyday situations and at work.

At lower levels the foundation in grammar and vocabulary is laid for further learning; adults learn the basic speaking skills, practice pronunciation and learn basic grammar. The focus is on important everyday English expressions and phrases, which can be often used when travelling and communicating at work.

At higher levels adults students develop greater accuracy in both written and spoken language as well as broaden their vocabulary. They will express clearly their feelings and opinions and support those opinions with persuasive arguments, speak clearly and naturally, take an active part in discussions speaking spontaneously. They will learn a range of grammar constructions necessary for flexibility and accuracy when speaking English.
