Students are placed in groups according to the test results.

On completion, students are awarded certificates of achievement, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova, with the language level mentioned according to the Common European Framework of Language Competence.
What is the Common European Framework of Language Competence?
The Common European Framework of Language Competence Evaluation System describes the levels of language awareness corresponding to European Standards, tests, examinations, and qualifications awarded.
Most institutions in Germany, UK, France, Spain, and other European countries use the new system of language awareness evaluation. It stimulates learning the foreign languages, and guarantees the unique system of language and culture awareness evaluation.
This system is essential and convenient when passing interviews in Moldova as well as abroad.
Keeping pace with the new trends in language studies International Language Training Center adapted the Common European Framework of Language Competence, and starting in 2007, all the ILTC certificates of achievement will confirm the level of mastering a language according to European standards. Thus, ILTC students will find no difficulty with their language level confirmation in Europe.
What are the teaching approaches used at ILTC?
ILTC teaching activity is based on the Communicative Approach; it harmoniously develops all basic language skills: oral and written communication, reading and listening comprehension skills.
The Communicative Approach aims at developing speaking skills through communication, laying emphasis on the knowledge and competences essential for real life situations.
Role-playing in the class helps to consolidate acquired knowledge and get some positive experience in speaking a foreign language.
The outstanding peculiarity of the communicative approach is that the teachers do not use the students’ native languages, and students get into the target language environment from the very first lesson. It greatly helps in overcoming the ‘language barrier’.
